Faculty Resources for Global Engagement

Global Engineering Engagement (GEE) aims to broaden faculty engagement with designing and implementing global experiences abroad and intercultural learning opportunities on campus for all engineering students in support of the College of Engineering mission.

Through facilitating disciplinary training and engaged global and intercultural learning opportunities — like developing and leading a faculty-led course abroad — the College of Engineering faculty help students develop the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to provide solutions to global concerns and to carry out their lives as compassionate and engaged citizens of the world.

The College of Engineering faculty are invited to explore this site to find support and resources to:

  • Advise students on education abroad
  • Develop a course experience abroad
  • Investigate global learning outcomes and assessment frameworks
  • Connect with Experiential Digital Global Exchange (EDGE) resources to develop online project-based course collaborations with partners abroad
  • Identify and connect with international partners to support your teaching and research
  • Access funding sources to support your global initiatives
  • Learn about faculty-driven global engagement initiatives throughout the College of Engineering
