Around the World with Penn State!

Around the World With Penn State will be held on Thursday, April 10 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the First Floor TV Lounge of the HUB-Robeson Center. All University Park students who wish to learn more about studying abroad at Penn State are encouraged to stop by. Students can drop by any time in the four-hour window and stick around for as long as they’d like!

Those who visit us can expect to discover:

  • Spring 2026 study abroad program offerings in all regions of the world
  • How to get started in the education abroad application process
  • Types of education abroad programs (traditional study abroad, internships abroad, and research abroad)
  • Best practices for choosing a program
  • The benefits of international education
  • How to navigate study abroad costs, funding, and scholarships

If that’s not incentive enough:

  • One (1) student who attends will win a FREE FLIGHT scholarship for one of our programs in the spring 2026 semester
  • Free snacks (international and domestic) will be provided
  • A gallery opening of winning photos from the 2025 Penn State Global Learning Photo Contest will be occurring in the HUB simultaneously
    • Students can learn about what we offer and see what an experience abroad could look like!
